With innovation, efficiency and fast return on investment solutions, Allkaz is alleviating the turbulence in the economy and recording surprising results. Allkaz, based in Biguaçu, Greater Florianópolis, manufactures bagging machines of the most varied characteristics. Lightweight and easy to move, the equipment works with both dry and wet granules and powdered substances: sand, mortar, gravel, organic fertilizer and cold asphalt, among other applications. We have sold over 600 machines in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, the United States and the Dominican Republic. The goal now is to expand exports to the recently conquered market, Europe – celebrates owner Valter Biason. To reach the new goal, the businessman encountered barriers. The European market presented requirements for which the company would need adjustments. We opened negotiations to export to Europe, but for this we needed the CE certificate, which indicates that the product is in compliance with the European Community and the credential to be traded on that continent.
Faced with the obstacle, Biason sought consulting and found in Sebrae / SC the necessary guidance to obtain certification. Sebrae was a great partner, helping us to obtain this certification. With the CE, in addition to being able to sell to European countries, our product has become much more accepted, including in Brazil and the Latin American market – completes the owner. Structural transformationIn addition to the help with the necessary documentation to expand the market, the owner saw in Sebrae / SC the opportunity to take courses that would better structure the company. We participated in a program called GIR – Management of Indicators and Results and were able to review practices in areas such as finance, marketing, planning and sales, which helped us in all sectors of the company.
The first change was in cash flow: before, it was a mixture of individual and corporate values, now there is a total separation. In the financial part, Sebrae also opened our eyes to the “elastic” term we were giving. for customers, with payment up to 12 times. This attitude was giving us a low cash flow. For other areas, tips such as investing in press relations and qualifying the sales team brought immediate returns, improving the relationship with buyers. We also reevaluated the company’s layout so we could have a scale production that is viable to our size – completes owner Valter Biason. Even with some pending improvement points, Biason points out that Sebrae’s consultancy has transformed the mindset of the company and the organization’s guidelines are now part of the company’s culture. Allkaz.Sebrae has highly qualified consultants. So they know what the day-to-day activity is like, and for those who are new to us, a company with four years of life, it is great to be able to rely on all this apparatus of professionals to tell us which ways to grow – finishes.
